Returns & Exchanges

Maluka will issue a full refund and/or exchange on all non-sale items received within 14 days of when items were shipped.  All items must be unworn, unwashed, free of defects and with all original tags attached. Items returned after 14 days, but within 30 days, will receive a SHOPMALUKA store credit.  Items purchased with these credits may not be returned. All sale items are final sale. Purchases made using any promotional code for discount are not returnable or allowed to be exchanged. No exceptions will be made!

** Please note: If items purchased with store credit are returned, another store credit will be not be issued. The merchandise will be sent back to the customer at the customers expense.

 **All shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a damaged product or wrong merchandise you must notify us within 5 days of recieving the merchandise in order to be eligible for a refund. If you don't follow this policy we will only accept returned merchandise at our discretion.

ALL SHOES must be in the original box and in its original condition, not worn, bent, or damaged in any way. We do not accept returns on shoes that have been worn or scuffed. We recommend trying all shoes on, only on carpet for a limited time. Please inspect all shoes for defects or marks before sending them back to avoid any problems.

We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items due to unforseen delays by the manufacturers. Please know that we cannot control the dates that are given to us by the manufacturers. We will charge your card for the full amount when the pre-order is placed. If for some reason we cannot fill your order, we will issue a full refund.

Shipping & Handling

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1pm EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays. We will ship your package within 48 hours depending on availability and credit verification.  All orders placed after 1pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm EST will be processed on the following Monday. SHOPMALUKA will contact you with a follow up email if the merchandise you have selected is not in stock or if we need additional identification for credit verification. We are unable to delivery to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.  

All international package may be subject to additional  fees (ie...tax, duty, etc...). The customer is responsible for all additional charges. You will be notified via email of any additional charges.

Sales Tax

We have NO sale tax on Clothes...Handbags...Shoes...and Belts in NJ! Thats right NO SALES TAX! The only sales tax we have is on Jewelry. SO SHOP AWAY!  

Item Availability... We make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items but occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected on your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard.

What is an exclusive? An exclusive is a specific item that is only available on SHOPMALUKA.com. You can not buy that specific item anywhere else! Pretty cool huh?

Do you issue Gift Certificates? OF COURSE! Gift certificated are available for purchase online. We offer predetermined amounts that you can add to your cart. How do I redeem my Gift Certificate? On the back of each gift card there is a number that you will enter upon checkout. Once the number is entered it will automatically subract the specified amount from your total. How do I modify my order? Once your order is placed you can not make any chages or modifications.

Shopping Online

To add an item to your bag, simply click the add to bag button next to it. (Items you put in your bag will not be bought by you until you have completed the checkout process.)

To remove an item from your bag, simply click the remove link next to the item you wish to discard.

To view what is in your bag at any time, click the "shoppingBag" link in the page header.

To purchase what you've selected, click on your shoppingBag and click "checkout". Follow the three simple steps to purchase your items.

Once we have confirmed your order, an account for you is automatically established for the Modern Retail community of stores.

To access your account in the future, click the "myAccount" button in the header of any page and enter the e-mail address and password you created at checkout.  (If you have not been through checkout, but would like to create an account, simply click on my account and follow the steps to create a new account.)
